Semi-Permanent Eyelash Extensions & Microbalding/Microshading Training and Certification Course for K. Lombardi Brand LLC

You, as the Trainee, acknowledge that this training course is a “hands-on” training experience. You are offered the opportunity to apply eyelash extensions onto live models. Application will be done under direct supervision by your instructor(s). You acknowledge and accept the risk associated with having a student apply eyelash extensions to you – should you voluntarily agree to have a student(s) apply eyelash extensions to you. You agree to not hold any of your fellow students in this course liable for any injuries that you may sustain as a result of them applying eyelash extensions to you – should you later voluntarily agree to have a student(s) apply eyelash extensions to you.

Trainees are prohibited from using K. Lombardi Brand LLC proprietary, copyrighted course material to train others. Trainees are prohibited from demonstrating any of the techniques or procedural information gathered from K. Lombardi Brand LLC, to any other person including but not limited to: co-workers, employees, contractors, friends or family members. If K. Lombardi Brand LLC becomes aware that a trainee has trained any other person, or that technicians who have not been trained by K. Lombardi Brand LLC that are performing the procedure at a particular salon or other location, then K. Lombardi Brand LLC reserves the right to: 1) stop selling products to that trainee/salon and 2) remove the trainee/salon from the K. Lombardi Brand LLC “find a professional” page on it’s website, and 3) pursue all legal remedies allowed by law.

IN NO EVENT WILL K. LOMBARDI BRAND LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, SUITS, ATTACHMENTS, JUDGMENTS, LOSSES, PENALTIES, FINES, SETTLEMENTS, EXPENSES, INCLUDING COURT COSTS AND REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES INCIDENT THERETO: INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR MISUSE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD BY K. LOMBARDI BRAND LLC. TRAINEE SHALL INDENTIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS K. LOMBARDI BRAND LLC, ETAL FOR ALL SUCH CLAIMS AND ACTIONS IN EACH CASE NOTWITHSTANDING THE ACTUAL OR ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE (EITHER ACTIVE OR PASSIVE, SOLE OF CONCURRENT, SIMPLE OR GROSS), STRICT OR STATUTORY PROVIDED THAT THE K. LOMBARDI BRAND LLC LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. 

You, as the Trainee, acknowledge, accept and agree that a) use of products sold by K. Lombardi Brand LLC must be handled properly to prevent accidental injury, especially while performing work near an individuals eye, b) there is danger associated with the application or eyelash extensions that may include injury to an individuals eye and c) you will practice how to properly care for an individual during this training course and follow all safety guidelines d) you will complete case studies as apart of completing K. Lombardi’s Brand requirements to become a certified Lash Artist. Those who do not will receive a certificate of attendance.

Trainee agrees to NOT use any recording devices, audio, or video, during the course. Still photos are acceptable.

Trainee agrees to check with his/her local Cosmetology Board for licensure.

Trainee agrees he/she are Certified Lash Artist according to K. Lombardi Brand requirements.

WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER

To the extent allowed by applicable law, K. Lombardi Brand does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in its site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability, or otherwise. K. Lombardi Brand does not guarantee that the functions contained in the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
